All orders will be shipped from our Club location via US Mail. Below, we have outlined our shipping policies and procedures to hopefully answer all your shipping questions. We realize shipping can play an important role in online purchases, please take time to read the information below and if you have any other questions or concerns please let us know.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days from when the order is received. Monthly orders or Club subscriptions go out the first week of the month.
How will my order ship?
DoggieWater Club ships all products by ground only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders via US Mail. When it comes to determining number of days to receive your order please keep in mind the following:
- The day your order ships from our location is Day 0.
- This day is not counted in the estimated total number of days to receive your order.
- This also applies to any US Mail expedited shipping options.
- The number of days to receive your order is counted in “business” days only. Do not include weekends or holidays in the shipping time.
Why are shipping costs so expensive?
At DoggieWater Club we do our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We negotiate our rates with USPS, but being one of the “little guys” on the block, we aren’t able to negotiate rates as low as some of the big guys. But our products are worth the little extra cost for you Doggie.
We here at DoggieWater Club are so confident your dog will love DoggieWater, we offer a FULL money-back guarantee. This is NOT your typical “Return it to us within 30 days” refund policy. We want your dog to have every opportunity to benefit from this great product and provide to your Doggie all the nutrients they need, so we invite you to try DoggieWater for a full 90 days. There’s no reason to hurry on returning because we’ll issue refunds for up to 180 days from your purchase date.
Why 90 days? DoggieWater works from the inside out, and although we would all love to see immediate results, depending on the issues, the severity of the issues, and how long your dog has had these issues, it can take time to begin correcting the problems and get your four leg friend back to its old self.

If, after using the recommended daily amount of DoggieWater for 90 days, you aren’t satisfied with the results, simply return the unused portion or the empty containers to us, and we will refund the cost of the product less shipping charges. It’s that simple!
Money back guarantee applies only to initial purchases of DoggieWater all-natural supplement; it does not apply to multiple purchases or multiple unit purchases or monthly CLUB subscriptions, ONLY A TOTAL OF the first three months can be refunded. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please include a copy of your invoice(s) with your return.
Upon receipt, we will gladly refund your money less shipping charges, after the initial 90 day time period has passed.

Special Notes – If an order is refused upon delivery or the shipping address is invalid or required a signature that was not obtained, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including return shipping) and a restocking fee of 20%. If the product is not resalable, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
